I assisted the Director in managing crew and cast during the shoot. I facilitated the needs of the director and communicated what was needed from everyone so that we could roll in a timely fashion. I also created the call sheets and sides.

I was responsible for picking up and returning rented equipment, as well as, driving crew from New York to our shooting locations. While on set I assisted with setting up directors' monitors, lights, camera equipment, props, and craft services. Anything that was asked of me was handled quickly and professionally.

Initially I was an Office PA but I was promoted to PC. I facilitated the needs of the Production Manager and Line Producer with paperwork, scheduling, deliveries and pick-ups. My daily function was to overview Production Reports and contracts to ensure their accuracy.

I helped the Producer, Production Coordinator, and other Production Assistants with setting up an office space, making runs to get office equipment (i.e. printer), and reading over paperwork to check for accuracy in legal documents like Non-disclosures.
