In charge of securing/casting multi-racial, multi-ethnic, children ranging from 1st grade to 8th grade for a series of 25 videos for elementary schools nationwide.

Coordinated over 100 actors shooting multiple scenes, in multiple locations, throughout Northern Illinois

In charge of the day to day operations; hiring crews, budgeting, logistics, sourcing vendors, timelines and schedules, and administrative responsibilities.

Filmed at Chicago’s WTTW studios, this was a mother-daughter home improvement show which showcased the women tackling jobs around the home. I began this show as the Assistant Art Director/Props, working with the Art Director to bring his vision from page to screen. Once the show began filming, my role segued into coordinating each script with the hosts, producers, carpenters, and vendors so that each build section was completed on time and on budget. This included: -Building and propping each of the build segments, ensuring that all components were in place for the host(s) to film. -Updating status reports and schedules, and maintaining lists of action items to ensure smooth and timely delivery of each program. -Coordinating communications between team members. -Coordinating freelance resources and booking external resources as directed.
