• Key member of senior management team in the development and launch of nationally syndicated daytime talk show, working with start-up team to strategize efforts through all media platforms for show content, marketing, publicity, affiliate stations and integrated sales to hit key demographic audiences.

• Identified show guests by researching, conducting interviews and pitching to superiors top level management. Stories were inspiring, thoughtful, compelling, heartfelt, unique and multi-layered. Wrote scripts and edited content best for the show on tight deadlines.

• Development Department. Involved in the development, production and post-production of all special projects and shows for Harpo, including The Oprah Winfrey Oscar Special (2007), Oprah’s Big Give (2007-2008) and The Oprah Winfrey Show (2007-2009), the Dr. Oz Show and various programs for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).

• Pre-produced elements and facilitated all details for large-scale makeover projects for series of EMHE specials in South Florida and New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

• Produced all content and storyline direction by conducting all field interviews with contestants. • Created compelling characters and entertaining storylines to build an audience of viewers that became emotionally invested in the relationship status of the contestants.

• Involved in all aspects of production from casting, scouting, producing, shooting, editing and posting 2 seasons of a show of nicotine-addicted, chain smoking contestants and took their drug of choice away from them “cold turkey” while they lived together in a house for 4 weeks.

• Facilitated all details with talent, senior producers, writers, art department, casting personnel, location scouts, technical advisors and crew members for hidden camera segments, as well as all in-studio wraps with audience to complete program.

• Shot, compiled and oversaw completion of several one-hour episodes within the 15-episode series that aired in January 2002.
