I day-played on the Amazon Pilot "Cocked," working with background as well as performing other PA duties.

I was brought primarily to help with background. Performed standard PA duties as well.

I was pleased to be called back to this production where I worked almost exclusively with background.

As the key production assistant, I was on hand to perform usual PA tasks such as locking up the set, but I was also able to delegate some duties to the other PA's, gaining valuable leadership skills through the process of having my own, small team.

My responsibilities as a Production Assistant for the Mary Magdalene PSA included setting up and taking down the set, driving an equipment van to and from the set, locking up the set, and echoing the First AD's orders as they came across the walkie-talkies.

I was primarily in charge of organizing and preparing thousands of tapes for digitization, though I was also given a brief overview of what it takes to run a television station (i.e. seeing a show go from the archives to master control, and meeting with producers and department heads).

Essentially, I was in charge of cleaning and organizing the vast amount of old Rubenstein and Castle films at the University's Moving Image Research Collection, sometimes researching the histories of certain reels.
