For the documentary, I worked primarily with lavalier mics and the Zoom H4n Handy Recorder for interviews. For any outdoot/moving shots, I operated the boom. The film was shot on location in Los Angeles in August 2013 as we documented the life of Hollywood talent agent Chuck Harris.

Because of the small crew size, I worked as the on set sound mixer and boom operator for all 8 episodes. I recorded sound with a 702T kit. I had to be able to record decent sound during rain and next to a busy highway.

For the mini-doc, I acted as Writer, Director, Producer, DP and Editor. I, along with 2 team members, saw the entire project through from start to finish. The 10 minute film follows three students as the navigate life and college with a mental illness.

I edited the 30-second commercial for Baxendale Guitar on FCP 7.

With over two hours of footage, I was able to edit it all down to match the 3 minute song. I worked with FCP 7. A music video forces the editor to practice concise yet effective storytelling.

I was responsible for assisting high profile guests upon arrival for and departure from meetings; answering, transferring, and placing phone calls within the office; writing script coverage; organizing the resource the library; logging scripts, DVDs and books; and working the ensure the fluidity of day to day office operations.

Edited promotional videos for UGA events using Final Cut Pro, operated a camera for filming weekly music show It’s Friday for UGA TV and radio, and provided assistance for summer commencement ceremony by filming and editing informational intermission clips.
