Keeping track of the action on set, transportation of all crew and cast. Prepping call sheets. In charge of walkies. Assisting the AD with scheduling, timing, etc. Checking weather forecasts.

Distributed radios, kept track of key production member's whereabouts, etas etc. Fetched meals. Assisted art department with a gigantic china ball setup. Helped with cleanup and drove people home.

I helped dress sets and obtained props. Also, i assisted with the cleanup after the shoot.

I kept script and camera notes.

I helped keep track of the various outfits and timelines of the characters. I kept the production book and obtained various clothing items. I also assisted the art department.

I watched equipment, escorted actors, cleaned a neglected bathroom, drove people, drove an RV, packed equipment, "Locked down" sets, helped art, built lights, inflated lots of china balls, was an extra, ran coffee up hills in freezing temperatures, and cleaned an RV. One of my favorite on-set experiences so far.

My Co-Art Director and I made convincing sets and props for as little money as possible.
