• Developed unscripted projects for the Red Bull TV digital platform • Launched the Original Programming department along with the Head of Development • Served as the key executive on multiple projects throughout the development process • Managed development pipeline and workflow for projects from initial outreach to greenlight • Internally brainstormed and developed multiple ideas that went to pilot and/or series • Created, developed, and prepared pitch materials including decks and treatments for internal pitching • Took pitches from internal sources, production companies, and producers to source new projects • Regularly met with potential talent to build new series around or cast in current series

Worked directly with the SVP of West Coast Production & Development coordinating all aspects of development and current series for the scripted department and served as point person for all internal and external requests for the department

Assisted the VP of Series Development and Original Programming Noah Pollack by answering phones, managing his calendar, booking travel, providing and sending out creative notes on shows and pitches, and brainstorming and providing research for new show ideas
