I oversaw the film's Star's daily transportation to and from the set, as well as her on-set security. I coordinated with the production manager each day regarding access scheduling and access to the the Base Camp. When the production wrapped, I helped organize the Star's scheduled media appearances and carefully arranged her schedule for domestic and international promotions. I made sure everyone in the Star's team, including her publicist, hair and makeup team, bodyguard, and several other handlers had the most up-to-date information and travel arrangements taken care of.

I coordinated the domestic travel for the one of the film's stars between his home and the filming locations. During the promotional junkets, I arranged for the Star's security, lodging, schedule, and transportation for domestic and international promotional events in conjunction with the studio, the star's agency, and marketing teams.

I made sure everyone in the Stars' teams, including their publicists, hair and makeup teams, bodyguards, and several other handlers had the most up-to-date information and travel arrangements and lodging were all taken care of.

I arranged transportation and security for the Star of the film during the domestic promotional junket. I was responsible for handling last-minute changes to the Star's itinerary and coordinating with his assistant and agent while invoicing the appropriate parties.

I arranged the international travel, lodging, in-country transportation, and security for the Star of the movie during his Asian and European promotional tours of the film. I prearranged for the Star's bodyguard's VISA so they could promote the film throughout China.

I arranged security, travel, and lodging for talent and bodyguards during filming and domestic and international promotional tour. I was also responsible for coordinating the complex, multi-dimensional scheduling and invoicing the studio and talent agencies for press junkets.

I was the head writer for a live show that was an absurd re-interpretation of major events in American History that was performed at Studio Be Theatre in Chicago.
