Project managed “Fit Famous & Fabulous” for Asia TV. Handled all network deliverables & digitized all shows. Handled evening Operations, dealt with walk in customers, emailed nightly operations report. Utilized Xytech interface to input detailed work orders.

Head of daytime Operations. Assisted supervisors with inputting work orders, dub orders, etc. Personally oversaw scheduling, dubs & finishing for the following accounts: The Office, Showtime Promo,ABC Promo, Intervention, Parks and Recreation Utilized Xytech interface to input work orders and schedule sessions.

Coordinated production assistant runs to and from Fox and ABC. Oversaw Editor & AE’s needs, handled all paperwork deliveries required for Episodes. Worked closely with Production & Stage to deliver tapes & materials. Dealt with light encoding and digital uploads via Media Monorail for ABC.

Handled day to day operations within the officed. Organized hard drive movements within VFX houses and office. Scheduled ADR – (10-20 Actors Per week) on lot and on location via ISDN. Organized all Post Production Meetings, Cuts and deliveries to studio, network and producers.

Moved from PA to Coordinator within a year of entering Post Production. Learned FCP 7 to organize/edit various footage for meetings. Handled Stock Footage requests and research.
