Work with the production team in overseeing the health and safety of crew, actors and stunt extras for 3 days of shooting for the season finale including coordinating with SFX, stunt team, prod manager and line producer.

Coordinated pre-production and on-site logistics for the Glory 16 kickboxing event including - - Assisted in transportation, hotel, credentialing and scheduling needs for crew. - Worked with show producer and director in putting together the production book for event. - Coordinated TV production needs with arena manager and staff.

Worked with crew, NBC staff and arena personnel as the designated management employee to establish and enforce safety programs for dozens of NBC Sports, NBC Sports Network and Comcast regional sports network live events (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA football and basketball).

Worked with production executives, show staff and crewmembers for NBCU Television productions (Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, New Year’s Eve shows, Law & Order SVU), at both 30 Rockefeller Plaza and at remote shooting locations, to ensure the shows adhered to the NBCU health and safety standards.

Responsible for all logistics involved with creating live IFL events including hiring of freelance crew, processing crew payments, booking and organizing crew transportation, coordinating event transmission, venue coordination, creation and implementation of event scheduling, and maintained budgets for all live IFL events as well as for the post-event edited programming.

Assisted in the production of over 100 live televised sports, comedy and concert events including managing an $8,000,000 annual production budget, coordinating the hiring and payment of all freelance and union crew members, contract negotiating, overseeing logistics for dozens of talent and crewmembers including transportation, accommodations, credentialing and coordination of production scheduling.
