I mainly organized the business, finance and employment issues on the project. I utilized MM Budgeting and Scheduling, and Movie Cost Producer as my main tools.

I was directly responsible to the Line Producer and Production Manager for scheduling and co-ordinating the communications and day-to-day workings of the whole production team. I co-ordinated the crew, maintained the purchase order log, made sure paperwork is completed and filed, and answered the telephone.

assisted actors and the crew, printed paperwork, dealt with travel and accommodation bookings and sorted out enquiries and other tasks.

I was responsible for overseeing all activities, and for ensuring that the production is completed on time and within budget. I implemented financial monitoring systems, controlled production expenditure and materials. I also monitored and controlled the progress of production.

oversaw all pre-production activities, including hiring the production team, setting up the production office, location scouting, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes of practice, sourcing equipment and suppliers, selecting crew, engaging supporting artists and contributors, and monitoring the progress of the art department and other production departments.

I oversaw expenses and daily scheduling and ensured the film stayed on schedule and within the allotted budget.

I created the budget with the producer, and assigned wage rates and schedules of all crews. I paid workers, and stored their information. I coordinated with the the production manager in booking locations. I obtained permits from the city to shoot at different locations.

I assisted the producer and production manager in completing various tasks; such as setting up meetings, coordinating between various departments, renting equipment, and location scouting.
