Assistant to Producer who was responsible in setting up a temporary office. Created new vendor accounts, location scouting, production orders, distribution of petty cash, scheduling, and casting of background extras. Coordinated Appearance Release, Talent, and Crew Paperwork, distributed radios to the crew, and facilitated runs with the Production Assistants.

Guided the talent through Hair, Make-Up, and Wardrobe prior to being called to the set by the 1st AD. Distributed radios to the production crew and obtained signatures from Talent for their SAG-AFTRA and START forms while practicing correct labor laws.

I rotated between the Audience, Production, Talent, Casting, Writers, Stage, Wardrobe, Digital, Graphics, Field and Editing Departments. For the Field Producer, I organized Call Sheets, Travel Binders, Catering, Craft Service, and Production Orders and coordinated the Appearance Release, Talent and Crew Paperwork. Maintained desks for Assistants to the Executive Producers.

As the Control Room Intern, I answered the Control Room telephones and worked directly with the Director, Producers, and Technical Staff on Control Room operations. I also trained more than 30 incoming interns among all the departments.
