Responsibilities included story research, locking locations quickly & efficiently, maintain and track budget on the road, track story, interview outreach, delicately handle archival photos & videos, cast for suggestive/recreation scenes, curate props and wardrobe, dress interview scenes, maintain releases and paperwork, coordinate with production with logistics.

Contacting potential interviews, scheduling expert interviews, tracking story, field notes, contacting PIOs, FOIA Requests, tracking archival and maintaining grid, scheduling, locking in locations quickly and efficiently, maintaining releases and paperwork, managing show contacts, assisting EP & CoEP with tasks large and small, casting for recreations.

Managing cast schedules, shoot schedules, field notes, tracking story, locking in locations, handling releases, maintaining relationships with venues, cast wrangling, handle travel schedules and logistics for both international and domestic.

As an audience coordinator, I was the main point of contact for audience questions and concerns. I helped sign in audience members, help seat audience members, and helped place people in camera seen positions.

I helped set up/ take down, but my main responsibility was Script Supervisor. With that, I helped organize what scenes we were doing next/ already did, I was making sure the lines were correct and all the actions were in the right place and that there were no continuity issues.
