• Manage all studio green rooms to ensure show guests are on schedule with regards to rehearsals, hair, makeup & wardrobe and stage entrances during taping • Coordinate show guest Elements directly with the Control room, Stage crew, Producing teams and floor director

Worked the outside lines at the first point of contact. Helped keep the line moving efficiently while providing a friendly environment for over 4,000 attendees. Making sure all people who came to audition and their guests had the proper wristbands and paperwork, received their performance stickers and proceeded directly to registration.

Assist in all aspects of production. Setting up DIY segments for guests and host. Making runs and picking up supplies and equipment as needed. Keeping track of and organizing all props, equipment, supplies and tools from set up to filming to break down.

• Successfully collaborated with producers, crew and show guests on tape days to ensure quality product • Consistently researched show ideas for production teams; several guests/ideas booked for show • Collaborated with Integrations Manager organizing charts and researching potential show products/services

Copying evidence for all cases on tape days for Judge Mathis, lawyers, the producing team and for litigants

Stand in for Oprah Show's "Surprise Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular" at the United Center. Was present for and assisted in all rehearsals for special show.
