Researching fashion industry manufacturing. Finding and obtaining footage for sizzle. Casting potential fashion brands and reaching out and setting up shoots at their manufacturing locations.

Worked with Director, AD, and DP team to come up with a visual style and design decoration and propping out a 5 day shoot at several locations.

Responsible, with one assistant, for casting, locations managing/scouting, Art Directing, and ADing one episode, plus several pickups for other episodes, on a breakneck paced schedule.

Coordinated postproduction workflow and graphics production on a fast pace reality construction show. Worked closely with show runner and editors, locating and obtaining needed footage, and script management. Managed sponsor integrations and tradeouts in coordination with the network.

Scouted several monuments and locations in the area, and devised plans for parking when possible and picking up and dropping off crew when necessary. Served as local advisor and helped make decisions about schedule, food, limitations, etc.

Served as director’s right hand man. Liaised with Talent, management and label representation. Expedited set as efficiently as possible, and delegated tasks to assistants. Created and sent call sheet. Kept director informed of time. Made sure location was treated with care.

Finding and Scouting Locations, coordinating between location contacts, production and creative, securing permits and hiring police supervision. Working with First AD on scheduling. Coordinating with Actors, HMU, Wardrobe, Crew, Director and Production. Making sure things happen in a timely fashion.

Coordinated logistics with cast and crew, making and sending out call sheets daily. Handled and supervised the collection of start paperwork and SAG forms. Directed background action. Communicated between all departments and production. Making production reports daily.

Planned and executed all elements of recreation shoots, including: directing casting and props, scouting/securing locations, scheduling and coordinating cast/crew. Acted as defacto AD on set. Wrote the “WTB” recreations guide for new APs and PAs.
