• Assist in the production of Season 17 by running errands for the writers, producers, and other department heads.

• Sort and distribute mail, Fed-Ex, and packages to the in-office staff. • Make runs and use P-cards to pick up crafty or office items. • Pick up executive lunch orders and lunch for the crew on film days. • Maintain the upkeep and stock the kitchen and copy room throughout the office and front desk. • Assist Producers and Director of Photography by setting up lights, flags, cameras, and other equipment. • Drive production vehicles from the Production Office to filming location.

• Assisted on a reality TV show, Shahs of Sunset, by collecting release forms, managing crowd control, setting up and breaking down video village, and other tasks assigned by the Production Coordinator.

• Worked with the contestant department for Family Feud to help produce 2 episodes a day for Season 20 & 21. • Prepared, coached and escorted the contestants throughout their day on set.

• Escorted sequestered contestants during the final casting for Hell’s Kitchen to meetings and interviews. • Assisted the casting team with runs, setting up and breaking down office suites, restocking supplies, etc.

Work on the field with the Producer and Director of Photography to film episodes of House Hunters Renovations. I assist the DP in setting up the shoot with lights, flags, greeking signs, etc. I assist the producer in going on runs, driving the production vehicle to and from the office, etc.

• Assisted in filming callback auditions with Casting Producer in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Worked with UPM and Producer to categorize receipts for petty cash and credit card purchases for accounting. • Supported all departments on the commercial shoot by going on runs, setting up tables and tents, working with talent, assisting in walkie check-out, etc.

Help set up and run casting in pre-production. Scout and lock down 5 different filming locations. Plan out the schedule, create and send out call sheets. Plan and set up catering for 4 days of filming.

• Produce, film, edit, and animated online video ads, YouTube videos, and other video content. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create video ads and campaigns.

Wrote, produced, and directed a 30 second on-air commercial for CBS Sports during the National Pickleball Championship Tournament.

• Conducted research on celebrities to find a fit for endorsements and initiated outreach to their agents. • Created job postings and casting notices for doctors and niche scientists to be interviewed for testimonials.

Operated the media board for several theater productions.

• Managed catering and crafty budget and execution, managed production assistants, and coordinated product placement for the film with local businesses.

• Assisted the art department in shopping for set decoration, preparing the sets before filming including cleaning, placing set decoration, and creating props using Photoshop.
