International shoot in Fiji. Extensive vendor relations, callsheets & PR's, assisting with ALBERT (sustainability) certification, liaising with Visa Officer to facilitate crew immigration paperwork, PC & expense reports, and constant on-the-spot problem-solving in an effort to assist senior production managers with the heavy duty workload in the field.

Coordinated with EP’s and our Marine Corps representatives to build daily schedules, sourced and hired crew, managed all gear rentals and transport, produced & distributed callsheets, handled all receipts/PC/expense reports, booked all crew travel & accommodations, delegated tasks to crew as needed, facilitated communication between Marine Corps and producing team, and more.
