At A|L Media, I oversaw the entire production logistical process from inception to delivery for a number of clients. Worked collaboratively with account and creative teams in developing new creative for Broadcast/Cable TV spots, Radio, Social Ads & Digital. Oversight on all shoot logistics from hiring crew, developing schedules and maintaining budgets. Worked with post production, supervising edit sessions. Licensed all stock and project materials. Maintained and reconciled production and post production budgets.

At HGCreative, I co-led production by facilitating all logistics i.e.,pre-production planning for shoots nationwide, scheduling and coordinating production crew, building & actualizing budgets, stock asset procurement, scheduled and directed VO sessions, lite photo/video editing, post coordinating and invoicing.

Managed post-production workflows and multiple post calendars, editors and post houses while meeting hard deadlines for political campaign television ads nationwide leading up to the BIG election(s) in Nov 2020. Post production managed convention videos at the 2020 Democratic National Convention. Supervised editing sessions. Managed all production invoicing. Worked closely with VP of Production to bring projects from script to screen. Adjusted production budgets based on the needs of each project. Reported any acquired materials and accounted for expenditures.

Monitor and coordinate all video feeds from the 2019 spring meetings within the Audio/Visual Department at the World Bank. Create chronological meeting timelines to upstream into the AV system. Acted as a liaison between the AV Support Manager and AV department.
