Manage efficient operation of Studio facility, focusing on multi-camera television shows. Staff supervision and training, vendor and client negotiations, ancillary, light and grip accounting, rental and returns, facilities management, including overseeing/coordinating special projects. Manage eight stages, five departments (Studio Ops, Local 40, Maintenance, Engineering, Lot Labor) consisting of 32 employees.
