Produced annual Festival with 50+ events over 48 hours and 15+ venues. Oversaw logistics: venue negotiations and contracting, Website build, Ticket sales, Promotion, Staffing, Talent management, Event flow, etc…Managed staging, audio and video; Liaison for sponsor presence and build-outs; Supervised large staff; Managed and actualized the budget within deadlines and under budget.

Produced private monthly event held by The New Yorker magazine for its readers at a different venue each time. Responsibilities included: Identifying and contracting venue, Hiring staff and crew, Arranging rentals, Managing tech needs, Incorporating sponsor presence, Contracting caterer, Managing live streaming of each event and Managing the budget.

Managed half of each season’s episodes – from initial recce with family thru prep with crew, during 2-week shoot and wrap in the office. Created and managed episode budgets. Hired and managed 20-person crew per episode. Performed risk assessments and implemented necessary safety measures. Oversaw all day-to-day office/field needs.

Managed a 12-camera shoot in London, Ontario for DVD release. Responsible for staying under budget and actualizing. Handled all crew hires, negotiating, and payroll. Oversaw production staff through day-to-day production needs.

Responsible for all event and talent logistics including but not limited to crew hires, event load-in, set-up, rehearsals, security, ticketing, load-out.
