Act as the social media lead for the department's Twitter account and monitor engagements, impressions, mentions and follows. Utilize social media to promote radiologists on their accomplishments, grants, awards, and research. Produce educational, radiologist-presented videos published in online format. Selected to present at the 2019 John A. Evans Alumni Society Symposium on how social media can promote a radiology practice.

Worked closely with producers and production management, screening episodes and digitizing raw media clips to use for the live show. Logged tapes and DVDs. Assisted with rundowns and schedules on a day-to-day basis. Transcribed and categorized DVDs and tapes associated with pre-/post-production of each show. Executed show deliverables (copying and sending out DVDs to Bravo). Rapidly adapted to challenging new role, taking ownership while also delegating responsibilities to achieve results.

Screened episodes of each show relevant to award categories, brainstormed ideas for segments and cold opens, and coordinated/ managed time for each segment and act break. Actively scouted locations for remote shoots, digitized raw tapes and worked on Avid on an ongoing basis. Produced segments and oversaw shoots. Set up conference calls and updated production calendars as necessary.

Worked and assisted with production for WWHL's "Watch What Happens Drive" Staring Bevy Smith. Watch What Happens Live integration for the 2016 Chevy Malibu and Facebook Live.

Researched and digitized raw tapes using Avid. Created segments and packages for each act break showing my strong skill set in producing and creating a story. Obtained clearances and licenses for Getty music, still images and talent releases.

Ordered and tracked inventory for show’s merchandise. Supported producers in designing and developing ideas for props. Logged and tracked music cues for music clearance. Leveraged a financial management skill-set to control budgets and improve the bottom line. Managed production assistants and interns.

Assisted with research of contestants. Collaborated with the AP with research for each game. Coordinated travel for host. Reconciled credit cards and purchase orders. Created props needed for each segment. Purchased and set up crafty and catered meals for staff and crew during production on the field
