Acted as a liaison between CNN/Netflix HR and legal and local gear houses/crew members/prop houses/locations while negotiating vendors contracts and rental agreements. Coordinated crew visas and customs letters for major shoots in Japan and Ireland and organized the carnet for all gear being brought to the countries. Booked and negotiated rates and kit rentals for all audio mixers, PA’s, media managers, and AC’s for remote U.S shoots. Handled payroll start paperwork for crew while aiding CNN/Netflix HR with personnel onboarding and background checks. Aided with discussing creative gear needs and sourcing gear for DP’s in both NYC and remotely across the U.S. Created and distributed call sheets to both crew and Netflix personnel. Worked in the field on local and travel shoots as a field PM.

Worked on set as the production coordinator for scripted recreation filming. Oversaw set PA's and coordinated crew and talent transportation and lodging to/from New York City to upstate filming areas. Reconciled PO's, reimbursements, petty cash and AMEX purchases for crew and talent. Booked all crew, gear, and locations for series interviews, and coordinated with talent to book cars, meals, and HMU.

Served as the office production coordinator for the series. Responsibilities included processing crew payroll/kit rental/reimbursements, processing invoices, booking crew, organizing gear rentals and shipments, booking crew travel, and creating call sheets.

Worked as the field production coordinator for all travel shoots across the United States. Managed crew transportation, handled all on-set purchases, acquired and set up meals, aided in equipment management, and gathered/distributed releases. Managed set PA’s and media managers, and acted as a liaison between field team and office production management team.

Worked as the production coordinator for all development projects, pilots, and one-off specials. Booked and negotiated rates for crew members, booked equipment rental packages, and travel accommodations for crew members. Created and sent out call sheets and travel memos to crew members. Aided in completing petty cash reconciliation forms, check requests, per diem forms, reimbursement forms, and PO’s. Additionally worked as the post-AP for the Kid Chef Nation pilot.

Served as receptionist and assistant to the office manager while aiding in the completion of the production office’s transition to a new location. Managed expense reports and PO’s and ordered office crafty and supplies. Facilitated the creation of corporate accounts with company vendors. Managed interns and PA’s and helped the company executives with projects and runs when needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with script distribution for rehearsals and tapings, proofreading and editing transcripts of episode tapings, transcribing talent pre-interviews, assisting with office management in terms of crafty, supplies and organization, reviewing POs and AFTRA cast sheets with accounting, and assisting with talent and research by maintaining green rooms.

Served on 15+ student films and music videos. Responsibilities include budgeting, handling on-set purchases and petty cash, acquiring cast and crew, location scouting, working with non-union and SAG-AFTRA actors, child actors, and animals, renting crew transportation and housing, acquiring COIs, planning meals and crafty, and renting equipment from NYC rental houses.

Responsibilities included assisting with auditing breakage budget reports and cost reports for major television productions, compiling, sending, and filing invoices from ongoing productions, reviewing and editing music cue sheets, creating calendars to keep track of cost report due dates for ongoing productions, and assisting with reviewing deliverables from ongoing productions.

Assisted with day-to-day elements for various departments within the show’s production team, assisted with maintaining wardrobe pieces and props for live tapings, assisted with checking in and seating audience, assisted with book-keeping and auditing for production management and accounting, and assisted with maintaining talent in their green rooms.

Worked with the staff producer by prepping and filing production documents, such as POs, check requests, invoices, budgets, profit and loss reports, and production binders, helped staff with researching a variety of elements such as treatments, equipment, locations, and crafty, and helped office manager facilitate workspaces.

Streamed BBC programming in order to pull clips for educational purposes, researching topics and subjects by using the BBC’s online programming library, editing CBS News clips based on company owned footage and stills, describing and keywording short videos, and checking rights for company owned footage using P4A forms.

Responsibilities included cutting together promotional clips, trailers, and montages for Popcorn Flix, Screen Media Ventures’ streaming site, and YouTube, creating promotional artwork for Screen Media’s content on Netflix, Xbox, and Popcorn Flix, converting files to correct formats and aspect ratios, and editing closed caption files on major motion pictures.
