Assist with establishment of Production Office; Arrange rental of gear and equipment needed for production; Transportation to/from airport as well as runs around town; trash containment; crafty restock for Talent and Green Room

Responsible for obtaining data regarding softball games including teams, outs, score, injuries, etc, and reporting to transmission vehicle for live feed update. Plan, organize, obtain and distribute crew meals for 13 people for duration of project while adhering to strict budgetary restrictions

Assist director with all aspects of production. Obtain releases, secure meals, set lighting, camera and set in order to capture desired material

Direct scene, character, camera, and lighting among others to capture producer's desired story. Effectively lead crew and cast to obtain enough raw material. Instigate conversation and/or situation in order to tell story

Accurately document scene activity including dialogue, characters, locations, scenes, takes and lighting among others. Role is pivotal to quick and accurate story assembly

Pre-production works including budget revision, locations, transportation/lodging; on-set works including production assisting, talent coordination

Assistant to 1st AD, call sheets, location scouting, Administration- including SAG documentation and W-9s, PA organization and delegation, transportation organization
