Staff Office Production Coordinator at ITV Studios/Leftfield Entertainment.

Coordinated a Los Angeles B-Roll shoot for a small crew. I was in charge of petty cash, keeping the team on schedule, ensuring proper meal breaks were taken, and driving production vehicles.

This is a day playing role and is predominately in the field. I am responsible for keeping the crew on schedule, tracking releases, making sure meal breaks are taken on time, helping with loading in and loading out of each location, assisting the field producers on set as needed as well as communicating everything to the production manager in the office.

Find and Secure Filming Locations for Producers (Restaurants, Sound Stages, Recording Studios, Helicopter Rentals, Etc.), Process Receipts into Weekly Expense Reports, Purchase Orders (via Ariett), Check Requests, Help with Appearance Releases on Set for Large Events, Obtain Location and Clearance Releases in Person or Electronically (via RightSignature), Scan and Organize Releases Electronically on Server, File and Organize Releases Physically. Assist Coordinating Producer with Call Sheets, Production Reports, Budget, Start Paperwork for Crew, Scheduling with Crew, and Obtaining Film Permits as needed. Also much much more, which I am more than happy to discuss in person!

Process various accounting paperwork, orient new hires, send start paperwork electronically, keep track of employee start and out dates using FileMaker Pro, in charge of building upkeep (i.e., give directions to building custodian, change printer/copier toner, call plumbers, keep office supplies stocked, etc.), help out with various production needs, and so much more (just ask)!

Ensuring safe and speedy delivery of equipment, tapes, DVDs, drives, craft services, and any other miscellaneous needs for the production company. I also cover the company's reception desk 2 hours every day.

Helped set up hardware/paint workshop for contestants, prepped for shoot, loaded/unloaded cargo vans, "Greeked" tools/supplies/equipment.

Assisted production team, hair and make-up department heads, as well as contestants during "Randy Jackson's Idol University" shoot. Was also responsible for keeping hair and make-up workshop running on time, wrapping out workshop room, and putting up appropriate signage for the event.

Worked in the Art Department as well as a Set Production Assistant.

Coordinated travel, scheduling, keeping track of invoices, purchase orders, going on runs, script treatments, general office tasks.

Helped coordinate social media for film festival screenings, worked the events.

Office Production Assistant when crew came to Ruidoso, New Mexico and then again at their office in Los Angeles. Handled paperwork, went on runs, distributed call sheets, made copies, organized receipts.

Was a Staff PA on this project. Worked in the office and on set. Was responsible for watching first team while they were on set, served as the back up walkie PA (and often assisted the walkie PA), as well as making and distributing sides in the office/on set.

Interned the summer of 2010 and then returned again after finishing school in summer of 2011. Read scripts, wrote coverage, daily trades, runs for producers, answered phones, copies, filing.

Helped casting director select candidates from casting call in El Paso, Texas. Distributed paperwork, went on runs, crowd control.
