Transport Director and Writer/Executive Producer + guests to/from set. Assist with errands when necessary

Created call Sheets, contact sheets, created sides, organized and shopped for prop list. Made sure that filming stayed on schedule; tracked continuity, which scenes had been filmed; tracked props, actors' marks and costumes. Wired lavalieres to actors for sound department.

Run errands, assist with moving equipment, assist Field Production Coordinator.

Assist in registering and documenting participants. Shuttling crew to hotel from venue, driving producer on errands, general downtown Austin area.

This was a short independent production, so I pitched in on positions that were unable to be filled: assistant to the director, sound/boom operator, production assistant, costume assistant.

A short independent feature, I was expected to complete any task necessary to complete filming. These included sound/boom, assisting the director/camera man, continuity, and props.

Responsible for ensuring that talent is on the premises, comfortable and ready to go on. Ensuring all tech has information pertaining to each performance and ready at showtime. Coordination of volunteer crew. Communicate between SXSW Comedy Programmer, IFC Executives and Production Staff, Talent and volunteer crew.

Hired as a production assistant, I quickly realized that there was no one to set-up the food & props needed for the scenes. Taking the initiative to set those scenes, gather props and track continuity, I saved production time and stress for the director.

Coordinating and assigning shift schedules to volunteers, programming into database. Ensuring that volunteers are placed in appropriate positions in venue to maximize effectiveness. Ensure capacity is coordinated with venue management. Troubleshoot any issues with volunteers, their schedules, patrons, artists or venue management.
