Distributing 2nd unit walkies, executing the AD’s instructions efficiently, distributing/collecting daily departmental out-sheets, relaying information between the AD and base camp, communicating effectively with other departments to expedite production.

Set PA responsibilities in addition to driving/tending to the RV.

In addition to being the host's driver, I assisted with on-set tasks including setting up for OTFs, holding a bounce board during OTFs, prepping the properties for filming (bulb changing), greeking products for filming, relaying lunch orders, and firewatching gear vans.

General duties included ensuring proper function of on-set IFBs, positioning on-set furniture, capturing still shots of the production process, capturing "beauty shots" of the bride to be used during post-interviews, recording crew lunch orders, placement of snacks/water for talent and crew, and assisting the DP and Cam Op in placement of platforms, mounts, and tripods during transition periods.
