o Service metadata on CBSSI website and through Aspera with SVOD and EST clients. Create and disseminate standardized metadata. Source, track, and assemble metadata in non-English languages. Work with Operations and vendors to translate metadata for clients. Track air dates and delivery dates for in-territory broadcasters and digital streaming. Assist in project management with Digital Sales department. o Back up for Promotional Video department. Track and provide promos to clients on CBSSI.com and through Aspera. Attend pertinent domestic meetings and communicate information from domestic team to international marketing and in-house editors. Cover high priority deliveries while Director is unavailable. o Specialized duties during LA Screenings and local press events. Traffic coordination of all video assets. QC all video assets on all viewing screens to ensure file types are compatible with hardware. Coordinate with graphics designers and presentation designers to ensure that all required assets are available on all approved hardware, in all required formats.

o Maintain and create subtitling schedule through data management systems. Coordinate between contractors, in house editors, and vendors to maximize the effectiveness of English subtitling schedule. Manage subtitling elements in internal company server. Problem solving between client reps, subtitle editors, and supervisors. Ensure that projects advance properly through every step of the subtitling process. Work with CBS, Fox, NBC, HBO, and Netflix content.
