• Ensure all crew, cast and production needs are met on a day-to-day basis (travel accommodations, catering, rentals, schedules, etc.) • Manage production budget and ensure that all costs adhere to set guidelines • Location manager • Casting director • Produce daily timeline schedules and call sheets

-Create and implement project schedules, plans, and process documents -Catch incoming client requests and traffic to team -Maintain oversight of projects to ensure each phase is completed on time -Manage group calendars and documents with key project deliverables and status updates -Provide daily status reports for executive producers and management

-Produce daily call sheets & weekly schedules -Track and manage all [on location] expenses -Troubleshoot schedule & location changes, order new equipment & supplies, etc. -Arrange travel and accommodation for crew and talent -Secure permits and releases with the city, locations and on-camera participants -Manage production assistant

-Book all travel and accommodations -Negotiate and secure rates, costs and trade-out terms and agreements with vendors and participants -Liaison between vendors, design and production team -Track and maintain orders necessary for planning and production -Receive and track invoices and payments -Produce schedules and organizational documents for all show elements

-Arrange all travel, lodging and rental needs for cast and crew -Secure all necessary legal documents and filming releases -Manage and negotiate rentals and rates for equipment, services and products necessary for production -Maintain oversight of production costs and invoices
