Writer, director and editor of video content for National Geographic Magazine. Short films appear in the iPad and online editions of the magazine. Responsibilities include: developing story ideas, generating budgets for approval, directing and shooting field material, and providing edits to the executive staff at National Geographic Video.

Oversee production of a hosted sports desk daily show shot in the Timex Media Center. Work with the executive producers to manage a team of 35 crew members. Deliver 150-minutes of programming that profile pro athletes and local heroes.

Produce a one-hour television special, Web Series and Educational Video Series for National Geographic on the illegal ivory trade between Africa and China. Travel to Africa, China and Switzerland to field produce & shoot undercover sequences of the illegal ivory trade.

Field produce 15-minute segments of the reality television series Doomsday Preppers. Write a beat sheet for each story, coordinate logistics with an office based Associate Producer, finalize editorial planning with the Showrunner.

Assemble the edit script, write narration, assist the editor, shoot second camera, hire crew, research stock footage, organize field logistics for 5-week production at Lake Turkana, Kenya, generate carnet, manage tapeless media, deliver promotional and technical elements, co-produce a 52-min National Geographic PBS Special.

Fundraise, develop, direct, host, and manage final finishing for an independent film. The 48th Annual Emmy® Nominated 86-min feature film has won 16 film festival awards, aired on nationally on OUTSIDE TV, NBC’s UNIVERSAL SPORTS, and PBS affiliates, in addition to broadcasters in 15 other countries.
