• Created call sheets, location agreements, certificates of insurance and new hire documents for multiple clients. • Managed on set production assistants, facilitated load in/load out at each location • Sourced props and wardrobe based off of creative documents. • Tracked and reconciled all expenses related to production, actualized budget and created wrap binders.

• Managed daily needs of production office, purchased crafty and office supplies for field and PO. • Reconciled three Pcards, Petty cash and producer’s AMEX for run of show. • Managed weekly production payroll process, updated crew staffing grid, created start packets for hired crew. • Facilitated organization and collection process for Releases, Location agreements and other legal documents.

• Assisted in selecting cast/locations for new scripted series for Investigation Discovery. • Established tracking grids to keep track of costs and vendors for production office use. • Wrote questions and conducted interview portions of the show on set. • Monitored everything from pre-production to field production and ensured production was executed smoothly.

• Managed equipment room and coordinate rentals for development and general production. • Coordinated travel and hotel accommodations for development producers. • Created and tracked purchase orders and invoices for development productions. • Hired field crew for development sizzles and manage department payroll. • Operated camera for development shoots, created interview sets for casting interviews.

• Designed equipment room check out system for development and general production. • Resolved general IT issues for all departments in the building. • Facilitated production documentation updates to Box.com.

• Registered contestants for preliminary auditions at LA casting call. • Checked identification with documents provided. • Assisted with organized movement of contestants.

• Scouted locations in the greater Los Angeles area as well as Santa Clarita for a music video remix. • Made initial contact with potential locations and set the ground work fro locking in the location. • Created daily reports of what was seen and what information was collected.

• Tracked hours of talent on set and lead production assistants in daily tasks. • Managed set when filling in for First Assistant Director. • Ensured production needs and set safety regulations were met.

Assisted daily production needs of the location manager. I delivered filming surveys to various locations, was responsible for picking up and delivering contracts and payments to locations negotiated by the location manager.

• Helped on set for various weeks of pick up shooting. • Completed basic production assistant duties such as lock ups, trash detail, loading and unloading equipment. • On a few occasions I was asked to assume role of key set pa when the key was asked to 2nd 2nd.

Day play for a small web-series. I picked up and dropped off talent, and was largely responsible for craft services through out the day.

I completed my internship out of school as the "War Room" Intern on EM:HE. My duties included assisting the Senior Producer with daily tasks such as preliminary research for the episodes, updating calendars and to-do lists and taking detailed notes during production meetings with Executive Producers.
