• In Charge of Production Company’s master budget, multiple productions and development • Established all operation policies/procedures and interacted daily with the company and on all existing and new productions logistics. • Managed all schedules and needs for all production and post production crew, staff, freelance employees • Developed workflow for post-production department • Oversaw all insurance and legal affairs for all business matters • Liaison between all departments on productions within the company

Responsible for all casting pitches and outreach and roster for Season Two • In charge of coordinating all talent travel and in-studio segments and executed story outlines for each talent member during filming • Responsible for the work flow of multiple production assistants during production
