Set up, maintain, close down the Production Office. Ordering furniture, equipment for various departments, and supplies. Obtaining work permits, visas, medical examinations for principal cast and crew. Manage production staff. Handle scheduling with all departments. Responsible for time sensitive contracts. Attendance at meeting such as the production meeting and workflow meetings.

Booking domestic and international transportation and lodging arrangements for talent, crew, and producers. Job duties include reserving hotel rooms, booking ground and air transportation, coordinating with cast management. Making myself available at all hours in order to handle tasks at a moment's notice.

Solely responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies and paper. Experience as opening and closing PA and proficient in all duties included (i.e. distribution, sides, call sheets, etc.)
