Led 6 team members (15+ during production days) focused on the development and execution of video concepts for a portfolio of clients including HP, Altria, Intel, NOKIA, and Microsoft. Directed talent during live and recorded studio sessions, and managed shoots, animation design, and the post-production process.  Secured over 150,000 new subscribers in 6 months following a successful digital campaign on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  Produced and Directed marketing/training videos—over $10 million in annual client sales.

Concepted promotional videos for conventions and marketing campaigns as well as produced company videos/commercials for publication on social media.  Wrote and edited scripts for voice over talent and tutorial experts.  Managed talent through every state of production, coordinating deal memos, rates, and logistics.

Brainstormed, planned, and executed pitches for new web series and other projects—wrote scripts, backgrounds, and show treatments for proposal, and coordinated the production of digital campaigns.  Writing loglines, backgrounds and show treatments for network pitching and development.  Evaluate submitted materials to identify best talents for projects to offer and execute contracts for them.

Successfully directed multiple pitch and promo videos for client proposals that translated to four conversions into long term contracts. Production scheduling liaison to accounts teams in order to coordinate various schedules.  Talent selection and coordination by way of auditions, interviews and headshot screening.  Wrote scripts that were to be used in the commercials and presentations.

Managed multiple productions throughout a 6 month period successfully and with client approval.  Production scheduling for creative phase and shoot dates.  Production management for a crew of 57 including crew interviewing and equipment management.
