I was filling in for a Production Manager who was on bereavement.

The lead creative manager for the YouTube Brand, Hollyscoop. Responsibilities included overseeing pre-production and production processes for Hollyscoop's Content and managing the hosts. Developed strategy in conjunction with the Creative Production Lead, coordinating with Post-Production to execute content, and oversee brand visibility.

Monitored incoming news and recognized stories of urgency and newsworthiness. Wrote news scripts and teases for live broadcast. Determined all elements for the script. Communicated all story development with Executive Producers. Took part in editorial planning and pitched story ideas. Sat in the control room during airing of live segment.

Built relationships with agents and managers to book talent for segments and negotiated deals. Identified and booked empowering human-interest stories. Attended daily pitch meetings to present talent, guest and segment ideas. Developed content, questions and conducted guest pre-interviews. Wrote compelling and entertaining segments.

Responsible for all things related to pre-production, production, post and delivery of the show. Communicated with Valerie about pre-show briefings and provided a post mortem of suggestions to improve the show. Handled all celebrity and guest bookings. Also, prepped the guests. During Post, made full use of the best moments to build clean and clear story arcs within each episode. Ensured each episode exceeded creative needs while delivering on-time and on-budget. Provided input for brand building and growth. Re-purposed daily content for digital initiatives.

Provided creative input for pre-production, production and post-production. Prepped Tia and guests for the show. Managed day of elements with various departments including, culinary, props, wardrobe and production.
