From season 3 until the end of season 16, I cataloged the production stills, permits, and releases for each episode, wrote descriptions for select production stills and uploaded them to the Scripps Networks portal. I notified the necessary team members about any missing releases or permits once I reviewed and researched the rough cut. I responded in email to legal notes by the company lawyer for the fine cut and generated blur lists at picture lock for the assistant editor. During the color session, I evaluated the episode with post supervisor and colorist. I transcribed interviews and scenes for more than six shows. I created and altered rough cut transcripts for various episodes. I recorded timecode, total running time, and text for graphics on Chyron sheets. I scanned appearance, location, and acquired footage releases and organized them by name and date on hard drives.
