Coordinated the COVID testing of 500+ background actors between the testing clinic and production at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked on a small team and we developed protocols for COVID health and Safety that had never been implemented before on productions. Cast and Crew were tested 3x per week. Interfaced with background casting daily. Maintained detailed logs on Google Sheets with testing schedule and status. Facilitated FedEx shipments of testing vials to lab in Los Angeles.
