Leads the content approval process for a team of 3+ editors, 2 assistant editors, and 2 graphic designers • Spearheads creative approval sessions, including cut downs, sound design, and color correction • Ensures QC guidelines and style guides are in place and adhered to before final assets are delivered to distribution • Commits to the utmost level of detail to ensure all aspects of video are properly licensed and accredited - including but not limited to: stock footage, music, images, and graphics • Cuts and prepares footage for the editing team while managing and organizing files and graphics following shoot days • Manages calendars, tape schedules, delivery boards and other creative assets necessary for show delivery • Monitors video performance data (on-site and social) and implements performance based decisions to increase viewership and ratings

Oversaw projects from inspiration to final delivery, including conceptualization, writing copy, cut downs, graphics, and sound design • Wrote and produced daily radio segments to grow multi-platform content, audience, and engagement to promote the on-air brand (Rach on the Radio) • Wrote daily promos for New York (WABC), Philadelphia (6ABC) and Chicago (WGN) affiliates to promote episodes and exclusive content • Monitored all live tapings from in-studio control room to ensure all scripts and rewrites were shot correctly while transcribing each episode •
