Live Digital Streaming Show - 24 hour marathon special

Responsible for all aspects of pre-production office work (pitching story, pre-interviewing talent and supporting characters, coordinating and releasing) and Field work (briefing talent, wrangling, conducting OTFs, overseeing beats/story, field notes and hot sheets)

Pitched and produced segments, pre-interviewed and briefed comedians, conducted Green Screen interviews, created paper cut scripts and oversaw package edits, selected music for library, and produced animations and graphics packages.

Assisted in selecting the winning short film from over 2,500 submissions

Booked set locations, cast talent, produced props, produced shots, supervised script, coordinated production management needs

Worked closely with Consulting Producers, Executive Producer and Director to book set locations, produce props, and special guests. Created Field Notes, Hot Sheets, and watched live feed for continuity/hero takes. Briefed talent on scenes, coordinated talent wardrobe, and cleared Appearance, Location, Material Releases.

• Pitch, pull bytes, provide edit notes, work closely with Editors for tape packages and edit Acts for content/timing for air • Research/pitch social media for cast member stories • Support Director, Story Producer, and Supervising Producer in pre-production, studio shoot, and post production • Organize deliverables to network

• Edit and format dialogue scripts for a weekly national singing competition • Work closely with show’s Head Writer to pitch/create script copy and update for continuity • Assist Segment Producer in developing and producing contestant eliminations for broadcast • Create and update research packets and “Pitch Packets” for show content

• Cast, research, pitch, and pre-interview guests for a national cable talk show • Work with Segment Producer to create and organize elements, write, edit, and update scripts • Produce field shoots, (gather/maintain releases, create Hot Sheets, set up shots, edit sessions, interview guests) and assist Segment Producer with in-studio shoots

• Edit and format dialogue scripts for a weekly national singing competition • Work closely with show’s Head Writer to pitch/create script copy and update for continuity • Assist Segment Producer in developing and producing contestant eliminations for broadcast

• Occasionally pitch, research, book, assist segment producers with content for air • Work closely with EP to pitch/edit copy, write/edit technical scripts, oversee teleprompter changes for live broadcasts, create/update show rundowns • Supervise show graphics, Script PA, Overnight PA, Graphics Operator, Teleprompter Operator, and producing/directorial staff point person

• Direct hot teleprompter changes for continuity, process and timing • Create, update and distribute scripts and rundowns for episodes, webisodes and promos • Supervise Teleprompter Operator and Graphics Operator • Develop and maintain the master show list, master show archive, webisode list, and blooper reel

• Act as liaison between the writing staff, executive producers, and talent for live broadcast • Balance the production needs of five producers, and two writers • Prepare and update scripts daily • Design and implement new script department system to minimize redundancies
