Assisted corporate event video crews with sourcing props and costumes for onsite interviews, interstitial transitions for training sessions, and "walk in" coverage of attendees that was interspersed throughout attendees' onsite experiences and ongoing training and communications from leadership.

Managed Covid-19 compliance (daily testing, PPE supplies, IL state sanitation compliance) and craft services (ordering, pick-up, Covid-safe distribution and replenishment, IL state sanitation compliance) for a three-day still and video studio shoot.

Worked closely with UPM and 2AD to keep startwork, timecards, invoices and petty cash in perfect order. Maintained hard-copy and digital records ensuring compliance with IL Film tax incentive processes. Supported a crew of 50, cast of 6 and 40+ extras over two weeks' shooting at various Chicago locations.

Drove crew to locations, ran errands, managed 5-10 PAs, assisted crew in the field, handled model-releases, managed petty-cash, sourced props and returned gear to rental houses.
