● Working with the General Manager, Artistic Director, Resident Photographer and Creative Associates to produce MKA’s company and seasonal pitch documents and branding ● Working closely with a strong network of media professionals, and social media platforms, to keep the company’s productions and achievements in the print and digital spotlight ● Generating and managing a controversial publicity campaign that resulted in a pre-sold season (contributing to the ongoing success of the production, including national and international tours and multiple Green Room Award nominations) ● Managing invitations and guest lists for season launches, opening nights, and other special events

● Relocated from Queensland to Melbourne to assist Samantha in casting a children’s series (26 episodes) ● Preparing briefs and distributing them to agents ● Selecting and booking actors for auditions ● Running audition sessions ● Booking extras and signing them in

● Managing submissions and audition scheduling ● Negotiating clients’ compensation ● Managing contracts, including renewals and terminations ● Interviewing and auditioning potential new talent ● Organizing business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings, social functions, special events such as casting workshops, and promotional events such as fashion shows and two major charity events ● Monitoring media coverage and public opinion of celebrity clients ● Developing and implementing new communication strategies ● Responding to enquiries from the public, media and other organizations ● Arranging interviews with journalists and photographers; preparing and distributing press releases, and making statements to the media ● Writing all agency-related and agency event-related copy, including talent profiles, web content and charity event programs

Worked on a voluntary and semi-regular daily basis to assist across numerous television and film casting sessions.
