As a Writers Office PA, my responsibilities were tailored to the needs of the pilot's showrunner. Typical PA/runner work (taking coffee and meal orders, ordering and stocking office supplies) was performed as well as script distribution, on-set guest relations, meeting and event coordination and handling office phones. I

As a production assistant, I am responsible for guest relations and hospitality. It is my job to be the face of the program that interacts with its litigants on an hourly basis. I must communicate efficient and effective routes with both peers and superiors in a frequently changing environment.

While coverage on scripts and books were my most frequent responsibilities, I also gained valuable office experience. I was responsible for daily office duties including updating files on Microsoft Office, making copies, organizing and general office upkeep.
