Brainstorm and pitch story ideas, research selected topics, write and produce stories, direct talent, work with editor and graphics team to cut story together.

Oversee all aspects of production. Coordinating with segment producers and talent in all 3 studios. Guide editorial content of the program, assist with promotions, handle celebrity bookings and guests.

First point of contact for contestants on behalf of the music department. In-office preparation followed by travel to various cities with extensive field work. Collected contestant music and organized tracks for live audio playback during auditions. Prepared and transferred all music along with contestant information to the clearance department.

Worked closely with the showrunner; acted as a liaison between the executives, the network, and production management team. Coordinated for production resources; managed heavy calendar, meetings and events; booked transportation for talent; updated important creative specs and grids, drafted scripts; tracked clearance and branding requirements. Coordinated ADR for post production.
