• Tended to the needs of the team of directors and writers on set at Paramount Studios for Shondaland’s upcoming legal drama on ABC. • Brought actors to set, co-operate with extras holding, help quiet set, maintain an organized and safe set, and support set decorator.

• Assisted the directing team on set at Occidental Studios. • Erected the director’s tents/seating/monitors on set, communication liaison between directors and production office, support camera grips, handle vouchers.

• Created a working budget by determining projected touring expenses for all aspects of theatrical production including: physical expenses for scenery, costumes, lighting, sound, talent, and administrative expenses. • Arranged and administer travel guidelines to a cast/crew of 10+ people.

- Walk 30 extras from holding to location in Midtown Manhattan. - Assist with blocking traffic/public when rolling. - Back-up Art Department with loading/unloading scenery. - Ran errands, communicated on walkie between 20+ people, run between locations on foot.
