* Responsible for the implementation of the shows plan provided by the TD & Performance Director * Executes the set up, performance & tear down production elements for each engagement * Direct supervisor of all 50 touring stagehands as well as local hands onsite * Ensures all safety & health programs and protocols are in compliance with the programs regulations * Run daily operations for all activity on floor during the load in, performances and load out’s

* Establishes and oversees all venue load in’s & load out’s * Handles final advance paper work with venues * Ensures balance between execution imperatives and overall production vision * Effectively manage & lead technical team to certify a smooth operation * Calls all stage, lighting, spot & performance cues

Coordinates and directs all events of stage crew & performers Establishes and overseas all showroom pre-sets and “put-away” Manages theatrical performance, assigns duties, responsibilities and operating procedures Schedules, attends and overseas all rehearsals and performances Calls all cues and operates Automated Rigging Systems Works with all guest entertainers to prepare shows

Handles all settlements with venues Prepares weekly payroll for all company members Provides supervisory oversight of all show staff including cast, crew & management team Effectively manages tour budgets Train & oversee Assistant on all travel arrangements Successfully read & interpret all contracts Supervision & negotiating between performers, stagehands & unions

Managed all Front of House operations & box office reports Set up all preshow operations including meet & greets for VIP clients & children Coordinated all catering & travel arrangements including flights, buses & car requests Compiled daily & weekly itineraries for cast & crew

Met directly with all prospective students to help inform, advise & facilitate their enrollment process Operated & controlled all aspects of admissions department including career fairs, open houses & interviews Booked & scheduled appointments for all bridal, birthday & special events

Handled settlements for each venue Arranged & coordinated all hotel, travel & catering necessities Set up, independently ran & disassembled merchandise booth daily Assisted with wardrobe & props duties for each performance

* Assisted with load in’s & load out’s as well as presetting & staging entire floor prior to every show * Working knowledge of light & sound duties including hanging & focusing * Stage Hand & Grip prior, during & following all performances * Assisted with show logistics when needed
