From day one, Kathy was proactive and jumped in to organize multiple calendars, an extensive Google Drive library, and had oversight of the building of our Asana project management tool. Her ability to identify a need and fill it, paired with outstanding time-management was vital at a time when we had no time.
In addition, Kathy brought creative show, segment and guest ideas to the table and helped us develop a lineup of diverse talent (and topics) to the platform. The wellness world has historically been geared toward an older, white demographic and we wanted to create a more inclusive space. Kathy researched and pitched talent, created numerous decks and handled the majority of communication which allowed us to cast a wide net in our search for the strongest wellness and wisdom teachers.
Kathy is an incredible thought-partner and an asset to any team she joins. She is someone who rolls her sleeves up, digs in, thinks proactively, and gets things done with professionalism, resourcefulness and positivity. We pivoted countless times in the building and launch of Sounds True One and Kathy was instrumental at every turn.
