I worked with vendors to set up the set necessesities, scheduled catering, helped manage PAs, and helped with budget. I also made the call sheet and was on charge of releases as well as the basic organization of paperwork.

I was in charge of the flow and organization of the registration process for open calls. I supervised PAs and was the liaison for the coordinator. During call backs I worked closely with the contestants and crew to keep the process organized and flow at a consistent level.

I assisted with the Directer/Camera Operator on host test shoots, ran gear and assisted in camera set-up and lighting. I also helped with crowd control and wrangling.

I worked as a casting PA for the Baltimore, MD auditions. I registered contestants and assisted with the breakdown of the holding room.

Philadelphia Auditions registration process, head of crowd control, directed the contestants to the appropriate lines, while keeping an upbeat attitude as they went on to their next level.

I worked as a coordinater in the field with the cast. I traveled with them and made sure they were ready and knowledgable with the scenes.
