Managed production offices, financial reconciliation, and staff and volunteer administration for a 10,000-person attended film festival. • Managed administrative tasks from running errands and disbursing and accounting for Petty Cash to distributing Manuals and Run of Shows. • Set up production offices, coordinated craft services, and researched, ordered, managed and returned rented equipment. • Corresponded daily via email, with approximately 200 staff and volunteers, assisted all departments with urgent needs, and acted as the liaison between departments, including, Line Ambassadors, Operations, Press Relations, Registration, Seating, Sponsorship, Talent, Theatre Event Management, etc. • Provided general administration support to Festival Producer including rolling calls, taking meeting notes, and coordinating schedules. • Collaborated with the Director of Sponsorship and the Director of Programming to create Run of Shows for numerous screenings, talk backs, and master classes.

• Served as the Stage Manager’s Assistant for the festival’s live, closing Awards Presentation, that hosted 200+ people, and ensured that the trophy presenters were set and had the correct awards throughout the on-stage award giving process to contest winners.

• Created documents and established procedures for credential and petty cash disbursements and for staff’s usage of equipment, valuing approximately $10,000, which resulted in all cash and equipment being accounted for. • Researched venue spaces, coordinated site visits, negotiated pricing with five (5) venues, and contracted a venue within a week that matched our desires for a film screening that hosted up to 30 people, while remaining within budget. • Corresponded daily via email, with approximately 200 staff and volunteers, assisted all departments with urgent needs, and acted as the liaison between departments, including, Line Ambassadors, Operations, Press Relations, Registration, Seating, Sponsorship, Talent, Theatre Event Management, etc.
