Worked closely with production coordinator and manager on credentials and general setup of the Survivor Finale show. Organized and setup rooms for talent, wrangled talent and floated on shoot day, fixing any issues that occurred.

Assisted Executive producer and Line producer in accounting responsibilities. Filed and tracked all Petty Cash envelopes and distribution using accounting software. Helped with payroll paperwork and learned the grassroots of accounting.

Assisted with Finale production. Coordinator of credentials. Organized and set up talent dressing rooms, catering and meal room, and craft service. Worked closely with production manager and coordinator in whatever they needed as far as paperwork and organization.

Production Coordinator - organized paperwork, PA's, daily business, set up vendors, catering and coordinated different shoots.

Executive Assistant - Whatever was needed by producer. I coordinated a lot of events. Scheduled out producer's meetings and created documents in excel and word for producer's presentations. Marketing for a feature film (came out in May of 2015). See other credits for specific jobs.

Producer/Coordinator - Pitched idea to executives, oversaw script and storyboard process. Organized entire duration of production from pre to post. Produced and coordinated. Organized PA's, vendors, scheduling and accounting. Organized paperwork and created workable environment.

Assisted production manager and executive producer/show runner in organizing and wrangling talent. Hired and organized PA's in their duties during the live show, set up the stage floor and made sure that everything was in place before show started. Helped to escort talent to stage entrance. Created lots of spread sheets and schedules.
