Responsible for all production activity and operations for a daytime variety show with 250+ episodes. Leads a team of production coordinators, production assistants, and freelancers while acting as a liaison between production, legal, accounting, and creative departments. Creates, tracks, and distributes budgets for all remote shoots, as well as all studio segments involving product integrations. Manages and books all freelance crew, hair and make-up teams, wardrobe stylists, food stylists, and additional production spaces. Creates and executes vendor agreements, issues Certificates of Insurance, files incident reports, and clears production activity with NBCU Health and Safety. Distributes tape schedules and air calendar.

Coordinated field shoots, hired freelance crew, and sourced any production vendors. Created and distributed hair, makeup, and wardrobe schedules. Managed and filed all film permits needed for remote shoots. Hired interns, and distributed intern schedule weekly. Supervised setting up office, green room, and studio spaces for 100+ employees during startup phase of the production.

Production manager for several episodes of the scripted drama streaming on Tidal. Created and distributed call sheets, managed schedules, communicated with talent, and distributed scripts. Handled securing film permits from MOFTB, booking locations, and arranging TCD/Movie Police presence when necessary. Managed gear rentals, crew transportation, catering, and production accounting.

Handled all production management needs for the field department. Created budgets for field segments, tracked costs, and kept EP’s and EIC informed of all weekly cost reports. Hired crew for remote shoots across the country, negotiated rates, created and distributed call sheets, coordinated with travel department, managed in house camera equipment and media, cleared locations, and secured film permits.
