Responsible for working with the LP to hire, schedule, and maintain crew necessary for production. Manages crew to execute daily tasks required to maintain schedule and communicates directly with LP regarding issues impactful to production. Liaison between crew and LP to manage gear requests and inventory; engaging vendors and initiating contracts to obtain necessary equipment. Works with local governments and jurisdictions to obtain necessary permits required for shooting. Scouts and manages financial arrangements to secure locations. Creates and disseminates daily call sheets, production reports, and media shipments. Works with remote production coordinator to obtain all necessary transportation for the duration of filming schedules. Performs daily safety meetings to keep set accident-free and works with CCC to ensure Covid health and safety standards are maintained to minimize risk of production impact. Acted as covid compliance coordinator for over a year until formal position was created and continues to coordinate Covid testing with cast.

Duties: Responsibilities included scouting and managing financial arrangements to secure locations. Obtained required releases necessary, and determined required Greeking to enable footage to be aired. Took production stills to be used promotionally. Trained by PMs to create call sheets, production reports, management of PA staff, and budget reporting. Subsequently trained 3 PMs during onboarding process to familiarize them with standard practices at LPBW. Took on additional responsibilities at the onset of the Covid-19 global pandemic assuming the future role of the CCC to ensure cast and crew safety. Previously, assisted the Executive Producer by taking scene notes and writing hot sheets.

I am responsible for taking story notes and highlighting important story points. I also make notes of B-Roll and camera angles for the editors.
